• How many will you need? This is usually one place card per guest, as each card is personalised with an individual name. Be sure to have your final guest list confirmed before placing your order.
• What names will you include? Consider whether you’d like to include full names, first names only, or titles (e.g. Mr & Mrs). Keeping this consistent will ensure a clean and cohesive look across your table setting.
• What would you like to spend? Having a general budget in mind is always helpful. We’ll work with you to create a design that aligns with both your vision and your spend.
• Will they be clearly visible? Think about how your place cards will sit within your table styling. Ensure the font style and size are easy to read, especially in dim lighting.
• Where will they be placed? Tent place cards are designed to stand on their own, making them perfect for positioning on dinner plates, beside place settings, or layered within your table styling.
